Wait, is Matt trying to move or do y'all just say this because you cant hear him on his time slot? He has a lot of experience in radio, 790 uses him for a ton of stuff other than his radio show. He's a workhorse, I'm not sure they just let him walk.
I expect that he will still have a time slot. He only said in his tweet that you wouldn't have to worry about him ruining Rich's show.
The only time I am tempted to switch over to 610 is during the noon drive. I try and try but i cant get jay mohr. Last time i tried listening to him he was suggesting that houston didnt want Lubbie smith because of his race. I thought that was so ridiculous. He thinks that kind of crap gets him rating. I switched the station right away. 610's noon drive is good.
Not sure if I posted this before, but earlier this year around September, one of my friend's dad patients was the manager for CBS Sports Radio in the South or something like that. He told the manager that he hated Innes, and sure enough the manager replied "He'll be gone by 2014"
How many times has it been confirmed in this thread that his contract is up and he will be fired? Why do people still buy it?

Pendergast is expected to move to KILT (610 AM) to replace Josh Innes, who is expected to take a job with another CBS Radio station outside Houston. That announcement could come as early as Thursday. Wow, so Sean Pendergast and Rich Lord?!
Be curious to see what 1560 does. I'd be shocked if they replaced him. That station is running on fumes at this point. Kinda sad to see after so much promise early on.
Sean is very good. Let's hope they don't turn him into another Texans-only clone that permeates 610. He knows his Rockets stuff, I hope that doesn't go to waste.
