Suitsupply, which is a European store that gained domestic fame after a wall street journal article that used blind testers to rate its suits as equal to armani but far cheaper, is opening its Houston location today. It's at the corner of Kirby and Westheimer on the 2nd floor. I actually thought it was last night and showed up like a moron, but I'll go again tonight. This is great news because in the past I would go to new york to get suits from there. Here's the article btw http://online.wsj.com/news/articles/SB10001424052748703385404576258671135584478
Looks like nice stock and good choices, but I don't want to look like Conan. I'm into the classic loose fit instead of the tight skinny-dude look. Will look through their catalog to see if I like some of them. Thanks for the heads up.
^Yeah, I would say cheap would be Zara but this is a designer look so it's relatively cheap. The Steve Harvey look is in, homie!
Kirby and Westheimer? There's a Billy Reid there now. I'm not actually too familiar with their suits, I don't own any, but they seem to be similarly priced and they make quality shirts.
Well, it's 23 years ago, man. Sure is "classic" to me. About the pleated pants, not with the suit, I don't. I prefer flat fronts at the moment. Maybe I'll wear pleated with just dress shirts, but not with suits. AND, it's khakis, no apostrophe, man.
Looks nice. I'll have to remember them next time I need a suit. BTW - Why do 90% of their models have glasses on?
Your opinion is about as important as the dirt on the bottom of my shoe. I'll take the expert's opinion.
