Damn just stopped by the corner store off Heights and 14th. The line was out the door. Everyone in front of me put down about 20 bucks. People are getting serious. Of course everyone in the store talking about what they would do with the money.

btw my calculation of how likely no one wins was wrong. I forgot mega millions is 2$ per ticket. So the chance no one wins is more like 40%+ and the jackpot would still have to be well over a billion for a 1:1 payoff.

I just checked my numbers. I didn't win a thing with Mega Millions, but I did pick up a Lotto TX too. This is the closest I'll ever come to winning the lottery.
