I got traded to the Heat. LeBron decided to take his talents to Salt Lake. It's us vs. Portland in the NBA Finals. This game is starting to get really good!
Just found out you can't play MyCareer mode without an internet connection, wtf!? I had to work 24 hours w/o internet and was looking forward to playing this to kill time =/

I got drafted by Minnesota, but asked to be traded to the Rockets after my first year. I immediately went to Daryl Morey's office and requested an extension. We started this year 22-0 and now we're 40-10.
My second year, my contract year! I'm so excited to see if I can take my talents to Houston. Their current roster has Harden, Scola, and Howard. They have fatty Felton and Jack, but I think I can crack it into KMac's rotation.
There's a response option that's like "I'm happy here" or "I want to discuss an extension" kinda thing.
You can request a trade to a certain team? Wow, because I got drafted by Minnesota as well and the rockets are the number one team on teams that have intrest. I'm thinking after the playoffs I'm going to do that
So after the playoffs interest falls off dramatically. Also you won't be able to request a trade until December. After your first season you can sim games, but if you sim those games you might not play well enough to attract the interest of the Rockets. Also, just because you request a trade doesn't mean you get it. I requested the Rockets and I got traded to the Heat because they offered Aaron Brooks and a 1st round pick in 2017. So take trade requests seriously and don't bank on going to the team you want to.
Anyone play myplayer and unlocked the code/achievement for the Lebron XI 2K14 sneaker? If you don't buy it, can I have it? :grin:
It would be nice if they had a guide or something. It gets annoying fast picking up some of these small details.
Got this game, it looks great and plays well. But they have cut back on things like being able to create players and sign them to teams, choosing season length, really basic stuff. So disappointing. It's next gen, it should be easier to do things and have fun with these games, not more restricted. To have less customisation than current gen consoles....the more I played the game and thought about u, the more p*ssed off I got. Throw in the crashes and I'm taking this game back for a refund. Really disappointed. First NBA game I've bough since NBA 2K9.
