why? Heat are barely trying/motivated right now in the regular season. They will still be the #2 seed at minimum. No reason to put effort into the regular season right now for Miami.

LeBron is already GOAT. We are watching the best/most well rounded ever to play. Jordan was more aesthetically pleasing to watch and more accomplished though.
Divac played in the Jordan era and invented the flop so I won't fault Lebron for using it to his advantage...plus its hilarious....but why are people comparing him to Jordan? Lebron should be compared to Scottie Pippen, total two way player with the same athletic build, same lock down defense...both play the 3...etc etc... When you look at Lebron and Wade...and how they operate...Wade plays like Jordan and Lebron plays like Pippen...

I swear people are always trying to find something else to criticize him about. 1st it was he wasn't clutch and selfish, he proved that wrong. Then it was he hadn't won a ring yet. He doesn't have a good jump shot, proved that wrong. After he won 1 ring people said he only had 1 ring, so he won 2. Back to Back. Some people will always find something else. MJ is afraid that there is actually a player with the potential to become better than he was. Same with fans of Jordan, no one wants to admit that LBJ could be better. This whole nostalgia thing going on.
I don't know about that GOAT talk, but he's in the middle of his career and is definitely building a case. His numbers, accolades and impact are comparable to any player ten years in. Every year he gets better and more efficient. And while I think Jordan is great, I don't think he ever won a title with his 2nd and 3rd options playing as poorly as Wade/Bosh played past postseason. The Bulls even almost made it to the ECFs when he retired.

Um because LeBron is about as close to Pippen as Hakeem is to Omer Asik. Pippen is an HOF player and he's not even close to Lebron's orbit. Only a few people have done what LeBron has done, and the only person who has an argument that he did more is Jordan.
You could make the argument that James would be that much more dominant defensively if he were allowed to hand-check. Somehow I doubt that people would be able to stop James if they were allowed to hand-check him anyway. Too strong.
It's no coincidence this is considered the greatest era for perimeter players... "the PG ERA". Hopefully you're just discrediting "back in the day arguments" simply it was back in the day. It would be ignorant to ignore hand checking. James would be more dominant defensively. Thing is, James' FG% has little-to-nothing to do with his hand checking on defense.
