Back then all those guys were on their tail end of their respective careers. Harden hasn't reached his prime yet, Dwight is in it and the third star will probably be in it as well.

WTF do we need Gibson for?

Lin a playmaker PG? I don't think so.

Well, if someone can pull a Jedi mind trick like that, it's Morey. What do we get back from Asik? A pick?

Who is going to defend the inside when Dwight sits?

Name me the other player who is a better playmaker than Lin that is on our roster right now.

I would actually be more wowed by picking up the Bobcats first round pick for the 2014 draft than I would be by picking up most of the names that have been rumored.

Supposedly a conditional 1st round pick. The real prize is cap space in this supposed rumor. This gives us a shot at Love in 2014 .

Hinrich is a Morey-style acquisition. Very underrated. Plays great D. Although his shooting percentages suck this year, he can shoot it from 3 quite well. A great backup PG on an expiring deal that can be moved in a blockbuster at the deadline.

I get wanting cap space for when Love, Aldridge, Durant, Westbrook are available, but paying for cap space for THIS summer seems pointless to me.

I think the Lakers have it right on that front.

From what I can tell, the smoking man is an x-file episode where "the smoking man" listens in on a conversation mulder has with sully and then has flashbacks of when he was a young officer working alongside with Mulder's father and how he carries out assassination attempt.

Could be Hinkie giving us a helping hand throwing up smokescreens?

Trust me, you don't want hinrich. That's like having a slower beverley with no offensive playmaking ability. His shooting isn't reliable

He'll get more than a pick, but I expect Matt's right. We won't get any "wow" players. Instead we will get what looks like average pieces who will blossom in our system in ways they never could with their old teams. That seems to be Morey's method.

Great defender, very good shooter and a fluid playmaker. He can easily play on and off the ball.

Same thing was said about Dwight. Its not really even about Bosh, it is about having max cap room to sign a max player.

Hinrich would be ideal next to Harden. Good D and a good shooter. Can play off the ball when needed

Why do you think Les was so eager sign Lin above the market value and upped the contract from initial agreement?

Lin may not be worth on the same scale as Yoa but certainly worth more than you think.

Greg Smith would only get about 15 minutes being Dwights backup and would probably foul out every game in those 15 minutes.

I imagine the medical staff are keeping an watchfull eye on Camby's recovery and Morey is waiting to see how the Okafor buyout deal goes before he can pounce.
