Actually that scenario has Lin going to Bulls.

 

Well morey just cleared a crap loadof money, got a conditional first round which he can trade along with Deng in febuary for a star if it's real.

 

Bingo.

Neither do I. Several ESPN guys would be reporting "sources tell me" tweets by now.

 

It's a win-win trade for all concerned. We get a great asset for a run at a mega trade or we'll still have cap space if we just let Deng walk to go after someone like Bosh as a free agent and still have that valueable conditional 1st rounder as a trading chip..

Bulls get a legit 18 a night scorer in Lin and the Hawks get Asik and Keep Millsap.

 

Hawks get Asik for DeMarre and Brand????

 

LOL LOF's will have it tougher in Chicago if they think Houston is mistreating Lin

 

Millsap will have a greater impact if Asik's PT is 15 min/game.

I still believe Morey real target is Millsap. All those other rumors are just smoke screens. He will fit perfectly with our roster. The biggest skill Millsap has is that he doesn't need the ball in his hand to have a positive impact. He does everything well and an ultimate glue guy. Another thing that makes him very appealing to Morey is his super friendly contract. He can be moved as an asset later. Flexibility!

The only negative about Millsap is his size.

 

Danny Ferry would be close to GM of the year if this is true. He keeps Millsap and nabs the second best interior defender in the league to pairup with Horford and Millsap off the bench.

 

The Bulls are despreat for a PG that they are willing to giveup the best player in this trade and take on Lins 14 million for next season.

 

I'm guessing Atlanta must be the ones giving up the draft pick(s).

 

A player as high profile as Lin would be extremely hard to trade without rumors getting out. Most teams aren't nearly as tight lipped as the Rockets.

Until I hear it from more mainstream sources, it's not even a real trade rumor in my books.

 

You would think so because the Bulls are getting the short end of this deal as it stands. Offcourse one can not be sure how real this scenario really is.

 

It depends on the situation. Kevin Martin was traded to Houston with out a whif of a rumor that it was going down. Everyone new Daryl Morey loved KMart but there were exactly zero rumors about it until it went down.

Morey really knows how to decrease the work productivity in Houston for a couple weeks of the year. Usually in Frebruary, and then at draft time. This time we get an early Christmas present of refreshing the page every 5 mins!
