It looks good. You won't take full advantage of Lebron's post skills, since the team has a bunch of other people who like to play inside the 3pt line. But it's a very big team and looks great on D.

I would view it the same, LeBron would still be de facto point guard. It would look more odd though. It reminds me of the time when jvu's final roster had center and point guard mixed up. It doesn't change anything but it looks weirder.
