    PF Preference:
    1.Horford
    2.Z-Bo
    3.Milsap
    4.Boozer

One of those would be Godlike.

    What about this:

Houston SENDS: Omer, Lin, and Dmo
    Houston GETS: Rondo and Hawes

Boston SENDS: Rondo and Clippers 1st rd pick
    Boston GETS: Lin and Young

    Philly sends: Young and Hawes
Philly GETS: Omer, Dmo and Clippers 1st Rd pick via Boston.

Boston would have to use the trade exception from Paul Pierce to make the money work.

I think we would snatch this up in a heart beat. Thad Young and Lin is about 80 cents on the dollar for Rondo and may just be the best offer Boston gets due to Rondos health. The problem would be getting philly to agree to this. I think they would ask for Brooklyns pick from Boston but the clippers pick is still an extra pick in the first round and could be used for a future trade.

Here it is on the trade machine:

All for this, assuming we can get a pick out of it. It sets us up very nicely, both now and in the future. If Millsap proves to be the "missing piece", then you make Parsons a restricted FA in 2014 and you get to use your MLE next year. If not, then you excercise your 2014-2015 option on Parsons and go after Love/Aldridge in 2015.

Sounds good. Unfortunately Aldridge typically doesn't have the pulse on trade rumors like Woj and a few others..

I wish we could do the Lin/Rondo trade, but i wouldn't wan to give up lin and asik and only getting rondo in return. We are in bad need for a back up big man who can play either the 4 and 5 and hold his ground, or just a good 5 man defensively. hell just anyone who is tall and that can rebound. we don't really need an offensive 5.

On that list I would really only want Horford or Millsap. No way Atlanta deals Horford.

Not gonna happen, but if it did this would be pretty sick:

    Rondo/Bev
    Harden/Brooks
    Green/Parsons (now sixth man)
    Millsap/Terrence Jones
    Dwight/Bass

I know this isn't going to happen so go easy.

Rockets receive: MKG and Bismack Biyombo
76ers receive: Asik, Ramon Sessions, and the worst of Charlotte's 3 1st round picks in 2014
Bobcats receive: Evan Turner, Thad Young, and Isaiah Canaan

Rockets get a wing defender a young rim protector to back up Dwight
76ers clear some cap space by getting rid of Thad Young, get an expiring in sessions, and another drat pick in 2014
Bobcats go into win now mode (which is apparently the plan)

its probably hella unlikely loool. I dont know I feel Asik and Jones could be enough. I would also give em Lin, if it was for Korver. Asik+Lin+Jones for Horford+Korver ,but im dreamin.

How many picks do we have this season? 1 in the first round and 3 in the second right?

Doesnt seem to bad,but seems bad for Charlotte IMO, dont think they would want Thad, but Turner would be great for them.

Harden gets a former teammate(green) and Dwight gets a former teammate(bass). I dont remember Harden or Green ever having a falling out or anything in OKC. I dunno about Bass and Dwight, i dont remember any drama there.

As far as Parsons or Green being better than each other....who cares...i would love to have both

There's a couple holes in this, so it sounds kind of shady, but who knows?

Salaries don't match on the Asik for Green/Bass trade. Does he mean Lin/Asik for Green/Bass?

I also don't see Boston trading Rondo/1st round for Lin/Asik. I think Houston should be giving up picks in that trade or take on a bad contract. Boston should package Rondo to get rid of Wallace's contract. This is what everyone has been talking about since the season started. I believe Boston would try for Lin/Asik/Dmo for Rondo/Wallace.

If Lin/Asik can net Rondo and a first, then that's a no brainer IMO. If the can figure out a way to include Bass then I'd absolutely be all over it. A Greg Smith/Brandon Bass frontcourt coming off the bench would be stout.

I'd insert Brewer into the rotation and bench Garcia:

    Rondo/Bev/Brooks
    Harden/Brewer
    Parsons/Casspi
    Jones/Bass/Casspi
    D12/Smith

11 deep, and that's not including Garcia and Dmo. May not be quite championship calibur, but she'll do. She'll do just fine.

Wouldn't take Green or esp Bass' contract unless they are including an all star like Rondo. The goal is a championship which probably means acquiring another star player. I just don't think Green or Bass' contract is conducive to doing that.

i just don't think that Smith is a good backup center. He's just too small. Teams like Miami, LAC, people with big guys will run all over us when D12 is out of the game.

I agree. getting Rondo would smooth that out.

Yeah I would think that Bass would serve as the backup 4 and 5.
