    Yea because is totally consistently and reliable. :rolleyes: what a joke.

    The Rockets can't rely on Lin to be consistent game after game for 82 games plus playoffs.

    A few flashy drives to the basket with streaky shooting at best is not something that I want from a player who supposed to be the key piece on whether or not we are true contenders.

    AB filled in and as a team we actually did better while Lin was out. Lin fans are so darn sensitive to this analysis but it's FACTS people, we are better off without Linconsistent Jeremy.

    Lin is a great guy, high character individual, but he isn't to be relied upon. Period.

    Perkins/Jones/Adams/1st round pick would be kinda realistic. Probably just either Jones or Adams, compared to other 1 year rental deals it wouldn't be that bad.

    With these recent news. You can see already the bids are getting up and more intense for asik and the weekend isn't even over yet. Just wait till thursday. LOL

    Was just thinking about this earlier today. It makes sense, but I wonder if Morey would want more.....after all, you're making OKC that much more difficult to beat. Maybe add Thabo to the mix.

    You know that Phoenix is going for the 5th seed now and are behind Clippers 1 game?

    They could get to the 4th seed right now.
    Giving them Asik could elevate them into Blazers' stratosphere.
    We don't need another opponent blocking our way to 3rd seed.

    Hawes is not going to replace Asik when it comes to defending the paint ... he can splash some pretty looking 3's for us, which Morey loves so muuuuuch. :rolleyes:
