and it's down right depressing to see supposed "real" rockets fan celebrating and rooting for one of our players to struggle.

I agree, but he's allowed to favor whoever he wants. I see the same thing, Clutch favors Beverley.

Great post! I am tired of the Bev vs Lin posts.
I root for both and wish they get better because the team will get better!!

There's been some odd posts in this thread tonight.... From the guy that was demanding for Patterson to be put in to this other guy posting in Portuguese...

I'm in the weird part of Clutchfans, time to go to sleep.

This is so wrong I don't know where to begin. Your office job is not the NBA. It's not a sport (most likely). If you make six figures a year and they hire a guy to replace you, but you still keep your pay and you work less, tell me again how mad you'd be, and how you'd start shopping your resume immediately. Bad comparison.

I am loving seeing Dwight making FTs these last few games. Take that weakness away and we are MUCH harder to close out.

Yet he was a -13 tonight. Each time he was in he produced next to nothing and the Warriors made runs. He looked bad.

What a huge win. Really impressed with the Rockets today. Even though we are an inconsistent team, it seems like when we really need to get a win, we go out and get it.

Howard played great, too bad he had 3 complete bull **** offensive fouls called against him. His FT shooting was great.

Harden struggled from the field, but came up huge in the 4th. Good game overall by him.

Parsons just played well overall. Had a huge shot from the corner when we really needed a bucket, and bailed us out big time.

Saving the player of the game for last here, but BEVERLY! He just took over man what a great game from him. We know we will get the defense night in and night out, but just some huge shots to win the game for us!! I loved how Hubie Brown went nuts when he hit that jumper over Curry and the teardrop after that.

This place sucks to read sometimes after games. Are there no ROCKETS fans left anymore? I feel like 25 percent of the posters have some secret agenda to all of their posts.

Disappointed in Lin's performance, but I'm guessing it's just shaking off rust from injury? Hate that people who think the only way they can prop up Lin is by knocking down Bev, who had a good performance today. Harden got his #'s but wasn't very efficient, D12 hit a 3 which was awesome, we have our stretch 5.

Everyone is allowed to favor one player over another. People are only human. But it's pretty insane the way either side is so eager to stomp on our own players.

Do you seriously think there are fans that signed up for clutchfans just to follow patrick beverly? If so, you're far more delusional than i thought.

there are no HOF that i've seen, there's no COFs, and i expected a few DOHs, but i haven't seen any of those so far. for the most part, clutch fans are ROCKETS fans, there are only LOFs here, and the fans who dislike them because of their delusional perception of lin.

    please understand that.

Harden also basically played straight through the 2nd and 3rd quarters. He scored at the top of the 2nd, and didn't score again until the end of the 3rd (more than a quarter), and in between made some really awful decisions. I thought this was a poor decision by Sampson to keep Harden in during all that time. His numbers looked good in the end, but I thought it was unnecessary and upped the chance for injury. The team was not doing bad, nor were they down.
