Ha Ha what?? Point guards run the offense, im sorry but you cant have your pg not being able to shoot or set up his teammates. All he can do is defend and get a rebound, the Rockets pay howard 20+mil to rebound, Rockets need a point guard not another damn rebounder. I like Bev for what he is but dont give me...He had a good game cause Lillard struggled, Rockets basically playing 4 on 5 on the offensive end, Rockets get no assists like they did last year

 

Bev is going to take this team to the Promise Land LOF, So yea shut up.

 

No we need a spot up shooter we can can get to the finals just how Kobe & mj did with a fisher type player with harden, players just need to be ready to knock down their 3s when he kicks out

 

If it wasn't for harden, we would have been down twenty in the third. He kept bringing us back and in the fourth he got us back in it. Wtf were you watching?

 

I watched the whole first half and missed entire 3rd qtr and early fourth quarter. I got back to the game when the scores were 89-79.

I went to the play-by-play as many here blamed the bench for the 10-0 run in the early 4th, but what I got was an 8-0 run by Blazers on the bench.

I also remembered clearly that there was an 11-1 run in the late 4th when all the starters were playing.

Just trying to state the facts here. You guys can carry on the debates.

Yes, Jeremy's back in the game and we lost. Stay off not getting any minutes and we might have won. I hope he doesn't play tomorrow.

 

Lilliard wasn't shut down. He had a poor scoring game and the other guards played better. It wasn't his night. Bev played good, but not shut-down defense on him. Lin played better defense on him the first game than Bev played on him tonight.

 

did you see how peaceful the game threads were when lin was out? first game back and its a ****storm.

Damn...realgm is not impressed with Bev a tall. Some people don't even think hes a rotation player.

 

Bullsh** he is. He's a mediocre defender and his offensive game is not efficient enough to even scratch guys like LeBron and KD. All he has going for him is that his stats look good in a box score.

He'll never win an MVP for the same reason Harden and Dwight won't--his game has too many holes in it.

 

could be. There are some match-ups when Asik really did well, but the offensive efficiency would take a hit and the wings and guards will need to step up offensively.

 

The point guard is VERY IMPORTANT and the ROCKETS cant decide what they are doing...thus there is a debate just like there is one in the front office and coaching staff.

 

I don't think it's that Lin clearly isn't ready to play so much as he needs to get back into a rhythm. It happens when you take 2 weeks off. Hard to get into a rhythm in 15 min of playtime.
