One game means nothing. But he's behind Paul, Parker and Westbrook, all of whom are clearly better.

Truly elite tonight. He is a B. Jennings type and I have a feeling will always be.

He also completely blew a game-winner in regulation by turning the ball over and giving the Pistons a chance at a game-winner. The shot he hit in OT was also very poor, but lucky.

Lillard is shooting 31% and 23% from long range on their 4-game winning streak. He's been anything but elite and a single lucky shot doesn't change that.

IMO, Lillard has regressed from his rookie year, which is a troubling sign. If he doesn't find his stroke and prove he has better judgement than last season, he won't sniff being elite. In fact, there is a greater chance Lillard has topped out vs. ever becoming elite.

I say this as someone who likes the Blazers a lot. Lillard is frustrating when you watch him regularly. The highlights on SportCenter don't show the real story.

Yea I agree he's definitely regressed from last year. Except he is shooting the 3 well right now. But yea I feel players like him and Kyrie are overrated. You could argue he's improved based on how Portland has a top record, but I think that's more about how well LMA is doing along with them getting a formidable center in Lopez as well as having good role players in Matthews and Batum. But when push comes to shove he'll have to play better.

Lillard isn't 1/2 as talented as Kyrie and never will be. They are on different levels.

Lillard must learn to play within his limitations and use better judgement. I'm really disappointed he didn't come back with a better grasp of the NBA game. Matthews and Batum will cool off to their normal levels. Count on it. And quite honestly, I have doubts LMA will continue his current pace over the long 82. When these guys start settling down, it will be on Lillard to raise his level to make up the slack.

It's good that Lillard is fearless and has icewater in his veins, but he's failed the mental challenge of the NBA so far in his 2nd year. There has been no noticeable growth. The lightbulb needs to come on so he can go to another level (which will never be elite).

Another game winner from Lillard with 0.4 left to play. He and Aldridge deserve a spot on the All Star Team.

Lillard is legit, and is having a better season than Irving. Who would've thought?

To be honest, especially with Portland's success this season, Harden better watch out or a player like Lillard can take his all star spot. Harden has been scrutinized this year more because his laughable defense at times has been put under a microscope. Sooo many great guards out West. Could easily see Harden left off all star team this year especially if Kobe is voted in.

    This kid is real.

Watching the last possession, there's only a few who have got it... he does. He wanted the ball and was itching to take the shot. And the shot he took was more difficult than needed. He's got the Kobe gene. Balls and business.
