Ignore SkyrimOwnsAll. He has some kind of weird, bizarre obsession with Winston. Like the original point forward guy. Just really creepy.

Realistically I don't see us slipping under the #2 pick. Washington and Atlanta play this week, so one of them will have 4 wins. Minnesota only has 3 wins but tied once, so a half game above WAS/ATL. We play Denver next week which is an auto loss. So it comes down to the Titans and Colts game. I think if we drop one, we would still have the tiebreaker over either WAS/ATL, but not positive as that shifts every week cause of SOS.

The thing is Bridgewater is better than Winston in every category with the exception of arm strength and size. But the size is not as different as some would have you believe. Winston is 6'4" 230 while Bridgewater is 6'3" 220.

Bridgewater has better footwork, is more accurate, has better pocket presence, can throw on the run better, has better placement, can put more touch on the ball and is more athletic. I am not saying there are big differences in all of these areas but I give the edge to bridgewater.

What makes so many enamored with Winston is he is doing it as a freshmen leading his team on course to a national championship. That even impresses me. But the reality is Bridgewater is only a year older. If you want to look back at the Florida game when Bridgewater is only a few months older than Winston you can still see then that Bridgewater was more impressive.

Still Winston is a major talent and he is doing it in his freshman year and looking much more impressive than Bridgewater did in his freshmen year. And it is only logical to expect him to improve on those areas he is behind Bridgewater and that size and arm strength edge is valid.

So I don't discount that he is the better prospect. But he is not available and Bridgewater is.And just because Winston may be better doesn't make Bridgewater bad. Bridgewater is a great prospect and you do not get many opportunities in your franchise to draft guys like him.

To be honest. I'm just glad we didn't pick the wrong season to tank like last years draft. Luckily we actually have a QB prospect to even evaluate as consideration to being the #1 pick. (EJ Manuel highest QB taken last year)

Consider last year people were debating whether Luke Joeckel or Eric Fisher be drafted #1 overall. Lucky for us at least there's Teddy Bridgewater to debate about.

I'd take him over any prospect (even Clowney) in this draft. He's not a surefire pick but he has the tools physically and mentally to succeed at the position in the league.

I guess since Skyrim got banned from the other sports forum he has to come here to jerk off Winston instead.

Winston isn't even in this draft class, let's stop talking about him, mmmk?

And what's with all the hate regarding Skyrim? Winston is a better prospect than Bridgewater...there is a reason why there are some mocks that have Clowney going to the Texans (a team that NEEDS a QB), and it's because Bridgewater isnt a "once in a decade" prospect.

the video wasnt about the completions, it was about the placement of his passes giving his recievers a chance to run after the catch, his poise in the pocket, his accuracy on downfield and intermediate throws something that many pros struggle with... EJ Manuel had these same recievers last year and did nothing with them, this year Winston has spread the football around and 3 recievers on the team have a chance for 1,000 yards and Nick O-Lery the TE has over 450 yards and 6 td's... something that has never happened in the history of florida state, fsu hasnt even had a 1,000 yard reciever since Anquon Boldin in 2002

exactly, i have no hate for Bridgewater.... but his ceiling isnt as high as a Mariota and def not Winston... Winston is 19 years old and doing things his first year in college that even pros cant do

Next years number 1 pick will be worth an arm and a leg, Winston is a natural born leader... this guy was in the locker room loose before a night game in death valley hyping his team up... only a few qb's do that and can make you believe that they are speaking from their soul... Brees, Brady, Peyton..

    Awesome for them.

Again, there's no point in posting any of this since he won't be available till next year.

    Thanks for playing.

Because it's irrelevant? Because he hopes we pass on Bridgewater and he excels for the Jags?
