I'm not defending them. I don't know the details of what the convention/seminar/meeting was about beyond what Otis posted in the other thread where he tried to get the fire started on this topic. That still doesn't make it anti-Semitic though.
Do any of you behave this way at a funeral? incredibly ugly behavior and disrespectful to Nelson Mandela and his family

i'm not trying to get fire started on a topic. this topic is ridiculous is what i'm pointing out. that topic has real debate, and yes plenty of jewish groups are offended by them.
Inappropriate. Why would you want to remember Mandela's memorial service with "selfies"? Obama's selfies at Mandela's memorial service and 23 other inconsiderate selfies (by BREAK.COM) People grieve differently, and some cultures use this time for "partying"... but it neither was the case here. EVERYONE was in their calm and respectful demeanor, while the POTUS was laughing away with this lady. It just doesn't seem right. Had any other president done this, I would have condemned it, too. It is a smile with an embrace of the neighbor sitting next to him, which was more than likely after or before shaking hands. Totally different than "selfies" and laughter with a person of the opposite sex. Don't compare the two.
Obama has had to deal with ridiculousness from day during the campaign. "putting lipstick on a pig" anyone meanwhile the last president carried us to a useless war with a useless outcome with no one, his party, the democrats, or the media not questioning the run up to it. its not racism, its the republicans suck so much these days they are being graded on a curve. cbs runs an unvetted Benghazi story. the list goes on and on
You think Obama was sitting in the section with the average South African person? Come now, that's really silly.
In South Africa Obama wouldn't be considered black (not that he considered that by all in the US, either). He'd be considered "coloured".
