I get lance. The guy loves talking football. But whenever he goes with his O-line analysis....all I can think of is him trying to parlay a offensive line coach job. Like dude I get offensive line is important...but I don't want to hear about it for. 30 minutes. Adam is big on the rockets but he does it at the expense of trolling the texans. I feel like adam cares about the texans as much as lance Cares about the rockets....not a whole lot. So much I don't like about the show but I still listen to it every morning
Garcia is the debbie downer here...... we should look for another veteran in a trade or get Covington play SF.
It is like this most places. The NFL is just an ever growing monster of popularity. In Chicago it is 24/7 Bears.
Wex did a good job on this report of the Rockets. I really like him, as far as the Rockets are concerned he is the probably the the most knowledgeable sports radio host in Houston over the last 20 years.
I started to look what kind of roster changes are there really from last year. Actually the only guys that did not play last season and are playing this season are Howard and Casspi. Dwight is a really significant addition, no doubt, and Casspi a nice surprise. I think Dwight and Omri have proven a good mesh with the team and the significantly better record this season shows how the team is on an upward trend. I think the youth still produces some bumps on the road, but it's looking better when the season goes on. It's a team and it will make an impact. Looking at an A by the all star break.
I'll have Lin at A- since I still have problems with his turnovers, but other than that he is pretty solid. Brooks I'll have him at B+ since his defense has been suspect while playing. Chandler I'll have him at A- too since he was struggling the first few games. Dwight Howard is a B+. I think he is now embracing his role as rebounder, defensive big man first. If he plays the pick and roll more or learns a variety of post moves I could give him an A. BEARD. For all of the games, I'll give him a B. He is the superstar of this team, and his defense has been lazy. He is still a stud on offense, but his three point shooting I think has taken a dip the past few games. The last two games though I could give him an A. Just a magnificent all around effort on those two. Overall maybe he is a B to B+ max in the first 21 games.
spot on. i'd say dmo looked good in the limited time he's gotten. i would've given him an incomplete until we get a better look. harden needs to keep up the focus on D, willingness to pass, and take smart shots to improve to an A. dwight needs to come out for more PnR and demand the ball in the low post rather than looking for rebounding position for an A. if that happened, our team might be atop the conference and earning an A. also, don't be surprised if garcia gets replaced. he's starting to show his age which is a shame because he was so awesome last year for us.
Today all they (Proper gentleman) talked about was Mack Brown. I just don't listen anymore, pretty much any other football related story will have prioriety over discussing the Rockets.
Lin: A It was really unfortunate for Lin that he suffered a grade-1 right knee sprain against Atlanta in late November since he was enjoying a strong offensive start to the season. Lin is first in the NBA in shooting percentage on drives, shooting 65.4 percent, among players with at least 55 drives (A drive is considered any touch that starts at least 20 feet of the hoop and is dribbled within 10 feet of the hoop and excludes fast breaks). (LeBron James is second at 63.8 percent). He true shooting percentage is 64.1%, among the best in the league for guards. I think I like Wexler
