First they want a satanic monument on public grounds, now they're sacrificing lambs trying to summon a veteran.... OKC gone sinister.

NO team has 3 max guys (before you say Miami...all 3 took LESS than the max to play together)

Sure they do. Westbrook is not making the max. Nick Collison took less when he came up. Speaking of players not taking less....when is Chandler Parsons a free agent???

    Know your facts.

MJ was there, his team wasn't good enough to make the finals. It happens. Happened more often in his career than it didn't.

In a scenario that OKC beats Indy in this years final, I don't imagine you'd appreciate OKC's championship being discredited because Lebron wasn't there. Do don't the same to Rockets fans.

Where were the Rockets when the Bulls won THREE straight titles after that???? Did Olajuwon retire??? Or did Houston feel llike not defending their "titles"???

If OKC beat Indy then lost to Lebron the finals the next yr...their title WOULD be discredited by the public at large. Thats a fact

Not going to get into a history lesson here. Just understand that basketball is about matchups, and there were teams that had our number in the West that we couldn't get through for various reasons. There were also teams that we owned, like Chicago.

MJ is not immortal, he is simply a great player who's team did not match up well against Orlando, because they had no one who could match up with Shaq and Horace Grant. We on the other hand, did.

Well I wouldn't discredit it, and it's a shame it happens because there are uneducated folk out there who take a teams hard work and sacrifice and then disregard it because it didn't fit their requirements of a credible ring.

When you discredit the Rockets championships, you become part of the problem. You're like all those Skip Bayless types of basketball pundits out there who just have no clue.

I like OKC. I like Westbrook. Beverly obviously didn't intend to injure Westbrook. If Westbrook and OKC fans want to make it personal that's fine, Beverly is a big boy who played in Europe. He can handle whatever weak insults get hurled his way.

It's just sad that you think this one game makes a difference.

Because you beat Chicago in the regular season...you "owned" them?? SMH
The Bulls SWEPT Orlando the following yr. How did the not "match up" with them???
Im only referring to the Dec 29th because its the first matchup. Its going to be personal EVERY time we see this Rocket team. Remember...most experts had the Rockets as a one or two seed...and OKC at 4-5. Given that Russ suffered his EVER at the hands of Beverley, Its very personal. Scheduled losses for Houston imo

I think the addition of Dennis Rodman was a pretty big factor.

Well I hope it gives your life meaning if OKC wins, just stay away from any bridges if they lose. Please. It's not worth it.

Best of luck for the season and I hope your GM makes some better roster decisions in the future because it's not looking great. OKC fans are a passionate bunch and you deserve a competitive team. Even if your superstar was handed to you at the expense of other passionate fans who deserved better.

Best of luck to you as well...building a championship team with our 3rd best player. To quote one of Moreys many draft blunders "Be Well"

I believe we palmed off one of our draft 'blunders' to your team in exchange for your second best player. Excellent GM'ing there.

Anyways I just wanted to correct your mistaken comment of MJ being out of the league two years and I've done that so I'm out! This has been derailed enough.

    Good luck for the season.

    Butthurt OKC fans, lolz!

Enjoy your declining team as much as you can, you don't have long left.

Rockets are on the upswing. You can come back and watch Harden when OKC is finished. We'll save a spot for you on the bandwagon!
