Bleacher Report's latest mock has us taking Clowney with the first pick.

Bridgewater going 4th to the Vikings.

I saw that. I like Matt Miller; he's an exceptional scout but his NFL analysis is lacking. BR has him do a ton of mocks each year, so it should be interesting to see if he flip-flops on his position with the Texans or holds firm with Clowney.

"General manager Rick Smith and whomever his new head coach will be have a difficult decision to make. Draft a quarterback or pair Jadeveon Clowney with J.J. Watt? Better to build a dominant defense if there is any doubt about the top quarterbacks or if they think they can land Jay Cutler in free agency."

This shows how out of touch this writer is. We have absolutely zero money to spend. How can we land Cutler?!!

    Soo dumb.

We're in salary cap hell and people expect us to be able to land Cutler? While still owning Schaub money?

    r****ded.

Bridgewater or fail. Hell no on going into next season with Schaub or Keenum.

The only way we would have a sniff at Cutler would be if we sign him to a 5+ year contract with the first year base being low (~5 million), but giving him big guarantees...basically to the point where we average giving him about 18 million a year over the course of the contract. Very risky move. If we didnt have the 10 million in dead money for Schaub, this would be a no brainer and I'd jump on the Cutler bandwagon...then trade down and rape a team for their picks. We'd be in the playoff hunt almost immediately. Not gonna happen though.

You have a major issue with reading comprehension. Go back and point out where Ive made any comment about strong arm = elite. Please let everyone know...if you're going to make stupid claims and put words in my mouth, go ahead and point out where Ive said that strong arm is all that matters. Do us a favor and back up your silly talk.

Keep in mind that Ive forgotten more about football than you have ever learned.

You didnt prove anything...Again, reading comprehension fail on your part.

When I say all the elite QBs possess elite arm strength...the elite QBs also possess elite accuracy and great intelligence.

Flacco has the strongest arm in football...Michael Vick has elite arm strength. Same with Cutler. None of those guys are elite. Elite arm strength is part of being elite...but it clearly takes more than that, except in the case of Manning, for the 100th time.

    Again, you fail.
