not nearly enough proof to say something so stupid to me. I praise/criticize all players accordingly. Good grief. You can't even say anything about Harden anymore without being labeled a LOF automatically. Grow up.
give me other SG's who are on the same level offensively as Harden, playing 40 minutes a game, and clearly better defensively
Hmmmm.. Wade, Kobe and Roy. Heck, even Tmac, ginobili and Vince Carter plays defense. Thats the standard that Harden should be compared to, instead of the current batch of no handles to play as PG or too small to play small foward.
so SG's like Harden are rare right now also I don't think the guys you mentioned offensive load night in and night out is as much as Harden's is. Howard is not a dominant offensive force such as Shaq, Aldridge, Duncan and Harden doesn't have a Parker or JKidd type of PG
I don't think it is laziness as much as a lack of concerted focus on playing defense for every minute he is on the floor. This should change with time and maturity. Hopefully, this season the light bulb goes off.
LOL exactly but leave it up J Sizzle nobody on this forum can express or say anything negative about the Rockets on a sports forum. Everybody should only speak positive even after we lose a game. LOL
Nothing wrong with saying something negative but there's no need to make 5 new threads about one game like some attention w****.
bwhahahahah yeah right. You have too many different personalities, a million different opinions, and a lot different mindsets. So yes you are asking too much on a sports forum where everything is debatable.
What are the rules on making threads around here. And if one of the moderator thought this thread wasnt a good one, dont you think they would have merge it or gotten rid of it by now. Why do some of you peeps take these things so serious?
Op said he was disappointed in Harden's inconsistency on defense, now that he is feeling better from the foot injury he has been playing solid d for the last 5-6 games. /thread
If Harden does end up staying the full length of his contract, and if the Rockets are trying to win a chip during that time, AND if that is possibly within reach, I think Lin should accept his role and try to do his best for the team. But thankfully that is not the case.
I'm not convinced that the change is primarily due to improved health. His offense did not suffer nearly the same level of drop-off when he was struggling with the foot. Regardless, Harden's been good+ on defense the last 4 games, which shows that he can defend. Just keep up the effort, James, and all will be well!
