He means guests. Usually it's just one "ticket" but you can always bring a guest. Maybe a child too. I have now clue if there will be a concert or something. My guess is there's a better chance of Dwight singing Christmas songs.

She said it would be okay if I brought an extra (2 tickets, 3 people was okay) IDK if I am special or not though

Most likely. It'll probably be used as your autograph session. Hopefully you get there in time. People were lining up for the lin figure probably around 3 or so. Doors opened at 4:30
Pretty sure you can't bring a basketball in....people always do that and they get sent back to their cars after being in line.
Nope. They give you a little card to get signed or you could get what you're wearing signed. They will not let you in with a ball.
Yeah they send people back that bring balls. I believe the team shop is open though, so you could buy something to get signed. They also don't tell you who is signing at which one, so it's random and you have to wait in line until they show up (at staggered times). One year I got Aaron Brooks and Mutombo to sign a pair of Rockets shoes. Got Budinger to sign a hat another year. So, wear Rockets gear just in case.
I got mine for sale (50 bucks each) as well....first one to send me an email through board with your flashseats gets em.
