Pacers probably flat/tired after playing the Spurs last night and then traveling to OKC. Thunder are rested.
They were "flated/tired" in the 1st quarter against the rested Spurs until they beat the living daylights out of them the rest of the game.
He's the most popular player in the League and one of the greatest players in history, playing for the biggest franchise in the NBA in the 2nd largest media market in the country. What did you expect?
I cannot wait for OKC vs Hou on Dec 29th in OKC. Durant is going to torch Garcia/Parsons. and Westbrook has some unfinished business with Beverly. This ones personal
OKC's habit of losing focus when they burst out to early leads didn't happen in the 1st half, probably because of the Pacers' W/L record. I have to think some sort of letdown is coming and the Pacers will roar back and make it a game. But if PG doesn't show up, this thing is over.
Remember when I said Durant's D is as good as George's when he's focused? PG 2/7 for a measly 6 PTS at the half.
I think PGs offense isn't as good as the numbers say they are. I don't think he can take it right back to other elite offensive players and even the odds a little that way...because you are never going to stop a elite offensive player when they are on. It's just not possible to do for one man.
Eh? Indiana isn't a team to downsize against, after the Spurs lost Splitter they went from winning easy to getting killed by their PFs
If Wade was nearly as good as a healthy Westbrook, Miami wouldn't have any trouble v. Indiana. This game shows speed/athleticism/quickness can cause havoc's on Indy's D.
I should also add the Spurs only have TD and Splitter and no other bigs (Diaw and and Bonner don't count). OKC has Perk, Ibaka, Collison and Adams. None of this matters since the Pacers and laying down.
