Yep :) but back on topic I think we need a center and a perimeter defender. Rondo hmmm if he was healthy. But is he really a handful? Team chemistry is important. I just hoping demo, brewer, asik, and smith can bring us the piece we need.

Leadership? This guy is a known headcase in the locker room. In my opinion the leaders are Chandler, Lin, Harden, and Howard. They all take charge at different times.

It was on the telecast prior to the game. They all go hug it up and just seemed really out of the ordinary 'whats up' before games, they were all laughing and seemed to get along great.

Sure get him in 2 years or when his contract is up and he isn't at high demand or is undervalued.
Get him for cheap. We don't need his athleticism one or the other way.

Be smart about it and keep a team of very good role players.

    Before the game too?

I didn't see that, I saw them talk after the game though.

    This is good news IMO.

While I do agree that Cavs are unlikely to trade Kyrie, it's terrible to assume a player with his talent will not best complement Harden. Let's check out the criteria which will thrive in Rockets offense:

    1. Young players who can run up and down the court
    2. good passer
    3. Good ball handling skills
    4. Good outside shooting
    5. Good at penetrating and breaking down defense
    6. Good at creating shots for himself and others.

If we can somehow clone Harden, do you think they will not complement each other? If defense is having trouble stopping one Harden, can you imagine how will they to stop two?

Morey had stated he was trying to acquire a third star and didn't care what position he plays. Unlike Heat and Knicks, our offense (besides center) is positionless. There is no clear defined PG, SG, SF, or PF in our offense. The more players can duplicate Harden's skills, the more potent the offense as a whole.

Keep in mind, Morey was trying to get Chris Paul a "BALL DOMINANT PG" this summer, he was on his way here if clippers didn't trade for doc.

Evidence that morey doesnt buy into the whole "FIT w harden" as much as portrayed here on CF. See 1. wade-Lebron 2.Westbrook-durant-harden, think morey stats would show ball dominant players can play together.

    Chris Paul $20-22mill max contract
Rondo $11-12 mill contract this year & next
