I think we are confused on classifications of stars and all stars...but i still believe Dwight Howard is a star mainly because the center position in the nba is kinda thin
Dude I posted the video of rondo playoff game bs heat 44 points, I only talk about what I've saw in playoffs, & rondo midrange game is nice and he can shoot the 3 if needed. I'm talking about playoffs over here defense, ball handling, getting others involved, making other players better, not shooting 3s
It's not Rondo is bad at shooting 3s, he isn't good at shooting overall. He does not shoot 2s well enough And Celtics will probably ask for a newly built farm for him (young talents, picks). Asik is not a young guy so he won't be the main chip in this trade. However it is clear that Asik should and will be the main target of interest in any trades and the Rockets themselves are in need of young talents and picks. That makes a Rondo trade more unlikely and plus his ego problems with handling the ball and being the man. He is relegated to share 3rd man duties with Chandler Parsons. How can he be happy being a henchman of DHo and Beard?
Everything I said is 100% facts! Him winning a gold medal off the bench doesn't make him a superstar.
-Even an still injured Dwight Howard last year as a Laker was a top 10 player. He just wasn't top 2 like he was at his peak. He is likely between what he was in Orlando and what he was in LA this year-- still absolutely a guy you are willing to pay the max for. - I think Morey's position in Rondo would be to wait to see how he plays after his return before evaluating. Rondo wasn't exactly all that great for the 38 games last season before he got injured. In fact, the Celtics likely played better with him out of there if you look at their numbers. He was much better in years past. But this is why you should wait and see on him if you can. And the Rockets can afford to wait for some time as long as they cash Asik in for an asset that would still have value in the trade market. The team is doing fine right now and is going to be a desirable destination for stars who want to leave their current spot or are otherwise available from their current team.
Lol sorry whenever i say star i mean superstar. If i think someone is an allstar i say "allstar". Lol Superstar/star Allstar Starter 6th man Role player bench
You are thinking getting Rondo is an easy task and he is a perfect fit. Only in a video game, Play07. The Offense has to be structured around Rondo.... Ask yourself why even the Celtics are mulling over the situation. They are playing decent without Rondo and they have a problem figuring out how to play with Rondo themselves.
if morey gets picks for asik between 15-19th don't think he is waiting around to draft day to develop them in d-league when we are in win now mode, be on the look out for morey getting a impact player with those picks & Lin by the deadline in feb.
Lebron is the prince of basketball. Of course he a superstar last year final when wade and bosh suck in one of the game he carry the team. Of course wade did magnificent in that last game. WAde is clutch.
It sure seemed like Dwight,James and Chandler went out of their ways to go say whats up to Rondo when they came to town, obviously not starting a conspiracy and I get that players are all going to be cordial to one another, but it just seemed like a little bit extra for me when I watched that. Just an observation.
Rebounds, Can hit the 3, and from what ive seen doesnt have a bad post game. He is the epitome of the power forward the Rockets want.
I'm not saying he is perfect fit, but it's worth giving it a try one problem he will solve is help with the perimeter defense & vet playoff heart leadership Howard showed what he was about crying to refs last year getting kicked out game letting Duncan get in his head & I don't think harden is there yet
This guy is so damn cool! He pops up randomly and post in threads and always leaves his initials at the end of each post. DaDakota you are my inspiration dude. DF
