life is like a game of basketball sometimes you make a shot and win.. sometimes you're really broke and need a payday loan
was about to burst out laughing while drinking a shake note to self: don't drink anything while reading CF
For a former motivational speaker, he sure has an awkward presence... his "DEEP-INHALE-before-speaking" thing bothers me a bit (watch his shoulders before every sentence)... I wonder if he has shortness of breath... Perhaps "bothers me" is the wrong choice of words... I meant "looks strange."
Just don't do a Payday/Title loan. Damn shame how they rip unassuming people off with the interest and fees. Likely would cost you +/- $250 in fees and interest to borrow that $1000 for two weeks.
That bothers the hell out of me. Thought I was the only one and it makes me want to punch him in the face.
if you know for sure that you will have more than 1k in 2 weeks then get a title/payday type loan otherwise you'll be screwed. like the interest rates on payday loans are like 10-12% monthly so you are looking at a 120-144% APR (if you're lucky) breaking that down daily -- you would be looking at paying 4-6 dollars a day in interest on that loan. so in theory you should only have to pay maybe an extra 70 bucks on that -- but in reality it will be more since the fees and the rest you take out will end up making you actual loan amount more than 1k. you are probably better off - promising whoever you owe 1k -- asking for an extending payment and then paying them extra in 2 weeks or if its like a credit card payment -- make the minimum payment (+ any extra that you can) and pay the interest -- it will be far less than the interest on a payday/title loan
