It's an inside joke, Lin does it too. Whenever Bev walks by during their interviews they start praising him, it's pretty funny.

Speights has a really low IQ and doesn't box out or rebound. All he does he catch and shoot those mid range shots but he isn't making them this season. Warriors need to get rid of him. Warriors are missing Landry/Jack's replacement: Iguodala. Warriors are not the same without him, he plays D, handles the ball and probably his most underrated thing about him is his passing. Last season if Warriors didn't have Landry and Jack, they probably wouldn't make the Playoffs. This year is the same thing, without Iguodala they are just an ordinary team.

Have you been channeling your inner DeAleck?

DeAleck was channeling the inner me. I said we would win tonight and I said we would lose the last two without Parsons. This team has a good balance with all our players ESPECIALLY Parsons. He sort of ties our offense together and masks Harden's deficiencies.

What a great game. If the team continues to grow and everybody gets healthy we have a lot to look forward to.

    Great bounce back game.
Harden playing D, Howard controlling the boards, and TJones back to his earlier form.
Parsons is the glue guy of this team, it seems.

I didn't watch the game, so can someone tell me if Howard finally did some pick&rolls and Harden played off the ball?

Your joking . His efficiency rating for tonight's game was 0. He had three turnovers and Curry went easily went by Bev. Curry was stopped by our guys playing good defense when Curry when by Beverly. Curry still scored 22 points just 2 points below his average. Bev's PER dropped to 11.35. The lowest of any starting point guard in nba. His HV( help Value which comprises Assits, blocks, steals, and turnovers and rebounds) was 0, the lowest for this game of all the Rockets except for Brewer whose HV was also 0. His Player Impact Effect (PIE), the NBA's measure of the effect a player had on the performance of his team went down to a poor low 6%.

His effort on defense has been poor since he came to the Rockets, Does this game prove that he will put in a consistent defensive effort from here on in? Ofcourse he can play defense. All defense takes is effort according to coach Sampson. That has been may experience as well. When a player is poor in other areas they tend to be a defensive specialist : eg, Jared Jefferies.

No, he was a poor defender in OKC as well. Durant and Westbrook still make the same fundamental mistakes on defense.

Maybe saying a PG needs to play PG. But Beverley is not that kind of PG so it'll be Harden or Parsons being the floor general.
