Yeah, they are 11-9 and the Suns are 10-9. They suck without Iggy, and why did Mark Jackson go with Nedovic over Douglas?

Parsons being back was critical for the team and for Harden, but I thought it was the Rox’s 4spot that made the biggest difference in this game… TJones was the factor that threw GSW off right from the start of the game, which resulted in a huge 1st quarter for the Rox. Also, I think Parsons helped to defend Thompson, and TJones kept Lee quiet.

It was a perfect storm… for the Rox and against GSW. Houston played much better team defense, and Harden’s defensive effort was there. TJones’ contribution offensively & defensively was huge (his blocks are such a nice addition). GSW lost a few key guys from last year, Thompson being frustrated the whole night, and early fouls (I think at one point it was like 20 fouls on GSW to 10 on Houston) really hurt them.

From the last two games to tonight… the team’s effort is bipolar. Not going to get too excited about the win right now. There are still more games against GSW. Also, I still remember what happened last year against them in the last game. Jackson will make adjustments, so I hope McHale uses his lineup well. I just hope that their private meetings about defense and effort eventually sticks and it carries to each and every game.

Warriors are overrated. I think they're gonna be fighting for 8th seed

With the way this team loses leads, I could understand why the starters played, even with a 20 point lead in the 4th, especially against GSW and after losing to two worse teams. By the start of the quarter, I think Harden had already logged about 30 minutes. With Lin, he’ll come in to run with Bev, and thus serves as a lesser version of Harden. Without him, Brooks tries to fill in, but he just doesn’t provide the same thing Lin does in terms of a “lesser” Harden. There was no one else to give Harden a few minutes of rest at the beginning of the 4th. He logged another 40 minutes. There was a scare there too, so I hope he’s ok. These injuries are really worrisome. Parsons looked like he was holding his back at the beginning of the 4th. There are still so many games to play.

BTW we just shot piss poor from the outside but dominated GS. This team has to buy into defense and moving the ball around. If they do... lookout league.

Jones has been crazy impressive. At 21 or 31, not too many PFs can do all the things Jones can. The boy has all the tools to be an star. He made David Lee irrelevant.

I wouldn't go that far. I think they finish as the 5th or 6th seed depending on if Portland keeps it up. Their shooting tonight was probably what will end up being one of their 3-5 worst games of the season.

Their D is also really bad. Iggy could be an xfactor type player for them

I must point out something everybody mainly Kareem questions Dwight's BBIQ but everytime I'm watching I see dwight telling his teammates where to go where to cut when to move out the way when to cut which angle to go when their running the fast break he to me just seems to know so much either it's because he's experienced or he just has a good grasp of our offense or maybe both but he is like a pg at the center position anybody else notice Dwight's high BBIQ

They gave a better showing than I expected. Parsons return was a spark, as was Jones' early scoring.

Eh, I'm glad we got the win, but as a team offensively we played quite poorly. Harden, Howard, and Jones all had excellent games. Everyone else was really bad offensively.

We played good defense however, which is why we won by a large margin.

    Good win.

    I said heat-check. ;)

The moves are legit. He needs to just go stronger in all aspects of his game to get minutes. Against the Nets this dude was banging with Reggie Evans for defensive position like a monster, but on offense he turns to tissue paper when a shot goes up. It makes no sense

Well yeah Iggy is the best Harden defender in the game right now.
