    To the people that want Gruden and Cower, it's not going to happen. They have shown no real interest in coming back to coaching. They make a good amount of money on TV, they both have endorsement deals, no stress of winning games etc.

    Why would they want to leave that scenario at this point?

    With I guess the exception of Shaw and maybe Gruden, that's not a very good list of candidates.

    I fully expect McNair will hire Phillips or Tom Cable LOL
