ALright guys, DMO time!!! He can play back up C and PF, let HIM post up, not dwight. One is fluid and moves like water, the other crashes and either loses the ball or gets fouled...
DD, I summon you to give me your best DMo spiel edit: actually this may all be a ruse to showcase DMo *Conspiracy Keanu*
Oh geez... could this be a little more obvious. That would be one hell of a thigh bruise he suffered... who knows when... building a shed in his backyard during the season?? Only more and more confirmation that he will be traded...looks like sooner rather than later. My guess: To the Celtics for the expiring contract of Humphries, the 2014 Brooklyn Nets/ATL pick & 1 more first rounder from the Celtics... probably 2015. Which is a perfect deal for December because the Rockets get the Humphries contract(which the real value comes in its flipping ability) and some great draft picks to couple for a BIGGER contract to take on in February when more deals and better players come available with more/better draft picks. So basically look at it this way- -The Rockets trading Asik alone in a deal can only take on 12.55 mil in salary in any deal. -If the Rocket trade for Humphries and then flip him to another team as an expiring they can take back 16 million in salary in any deal. This trade would be genius, and would give the Rockets a lot more flexibility to make a huge move in February. (sorry for the random trade thought in an injury update... but just had to share)
Sounds like a deal has been made and other team is requesting not to play him any longer. Now let's see which potential trading partner are sitting players as well.
That would be a great trade! But with all the flak the Celtics got for taking on dead weight in the KG-Pierce deal, I'd imagine they'd use the pick to sweeten a salary shedding trade.
It takes time to settle trade agreements (if that's what truly going on) and maybe some of the players associated with the trade can't be traded just yet.
Not sure. Maybe they want Olynyk in the deal. Who knows. Just a December trade that makes sense at this point that came to mind. Just a wild guess. As we've learned from the past with Morey... expect the most random deal you can think of.
Good. Now someone who wants to play can take his minutes. Hopefully dmo does enough to cement a spot in the rotation.
There are always those newly-signed players here and there who aren't available as throw-ins until December 15th.
A piece of whatever trade might be a newly signed free agent therefore they cant do the trade until after the 15th. That being said, I think it's a bunch of smoke. I'd be shocked if it wasn't actually soreness, and there really is a trade coming very soon.
