Hardens D really isn't that bad. There making tough shots and we have virtually no help defense at the rim
Hayward is running through multiple screens. It is going to take more than 1 person to guard him, it takes a team. You guys always look for a scapegoat, thanks for turning me away from discussion Basketball on this message board. BRUTAL...almost as unbearable as our defense.
I think it's one of those things where once you start noticing it you pay a lot more attention when it happens. Like Lin' turnovers or Asik's butterfingers or Parson's pump fake. Harden's D is a problem but also everyone is paying a lot of attention to it now.
jazz are just running through alot of screens, and then knocking down mid-range jumpers...lets see if they can continue to hit them at this high of clip
Is there a more ungrateful fanbase than the Rockets? Never seen a star player take so much abuse from his own fans before. He shouldn't get a pass for his defense but you guys are just nit-picking at this point. He isn't a perfect player that much is obvious but how many players are at 24? It's like half of our fans are content with picking the 14th player in each draft for years and would prefer the likes of Lin and Parsons putting up huge numbers on terrible percentages on middle of the road teams. It's like a rival forum on here at times.
Harden is having too many mental lapses. He shows he can lock down, but doesn't expend the energy or focus on doing so. But, his lapses are horrible and pine worthy. The team even switched a screen and instead if trailing his man, Harden just stayed near the paint ball watching. It is his straight-legged, ball watching that is killing the team.
