repeated injuries to the same body part imo, Ala Yao with his feet, Oden/Roy with the knees and Curry with his ankles. I wouldn't call Bogut injury prone strangely, he's just had some really bad luck getting undercut on a dunk and stepping on Lowrys foot
MJ broke his leg in his second year...out all year just saying wonder how many kids are just now saying...really...don't believe it...i'll have to check google
I had to look it up One of the suggested searches was "michael jordan died because of severe broken legs".
If they only had another legit paint protector, Davis would have to be in there breaking his hand trying to take that charge.
Not out all year. Isn't that the season where he came back in time for the playoffs and scored 63 in that loss against the Celtics(who went on to beat the Rockets) in the first round?
Question for anyone who watches the pelicans, does Davis play center with Anderson at the 4 in their starting lineup and how is their rotation? They could use Asik but is Anthony Davis more of a 4 or a small 5?
Did anybody see how AD broke his hand? Was it from contact with another player? He was definitely one of the best young players this season, sad to see him go down with injury. Crazy how both he and JJ Redick went down with hand injuries a day apart. Hope they both come back sooner than expected, it's never fun to watch when teams aren't at their full health.
Damn. He was having an incredible year too. Maybe the Pellies get motivated to make a trade now? But it doesn't seem like we even want Anderson anymore, so...
Anderson comes off the bench for Anthony Davis. Davis plays the 4 and Jason Smith is their starting center... I think Smith is underrated, frankly. Pretty sure Anderson will be starting at the 4 while AD is out, meaning (1) they have absolutely no use for Asik, and (2) they would be stupid to let go of Anderson any time soon.
