I hope we come out stronger than last time we played them... We need to bury the crap teams!

Durant scores 80 in a Jazz loss.

Yep it is a trap game. Especially since they are coming off a big win then it is almost natural to just assume you can roll over this team...and they can...but they have to show up and do it first.

I hate that the Jazz have that home court altitude advantage. Can't take these guys lightly... we need to blow them out right from the get-go.

I kinda agree, that we should rest CP and JH. If the game is in question, maybe CP can come in during Q3 and if needed maybe JH on Q4.

I would rather have them rested and fully recovered, instead of lingering with the pain thruout the season

We were still starting TT the first time we played them, yes? I'm not convinced Harden's foot is healed. When a reporter asked him how it felt after the game last night, he hesitated and just said, "We won." I say rest him.

    ETA: Chandler too.

IIRC we were still in that TT experiment crap, so this should not hold much water for that 18 points lead in our first meeting. We'll see what happens this time.

Let's junk the jazz! Let's junk the jazz!
Let's run them ragged just with our spares!
Let's gun them down with great pizzazz!
Let's show them who has better class!

By slashing and smashing, let's junk the jazz!
By latching and catching, let's junk the jazz!
By punking and dunking, let's junk the jazz!

    Go Rockets!!!

can't take this game for granted. j*zz have gone 2-1 since Trey Burke's debut.

Time for Bev to bring another Summer League MCW or Holliday Preseason performance

If i could find a face in this post i would punch it, softly, with a back hand that gracefully caresses the bridge of its nose and eventually creating a closed fist only to violently bloom into a blowfish of filanges puncturing its eyes

Can't take any NBA team for granted. Need to come out blazing. No Lin, Harden has sore foot, Parsons back spasms….I wouldn't be too confident. These are the games the ole Rockets would lose; they count as much as the victory over the Spurs. Must take care of business.

They have good bigs...but ours are better.
Trey Burke is getting hot...nothing Bev can't handle.
Hayward gets a triple double and we shut everybody else down.

    Easy win.

I will be watching this game closely. Great teams come out of huge emotional wins and then destroy the competition. Weak teams get caught in trap games. We will learn a lot from this game.

McHale would probably get 1/4 million bucks fine for that (like Pop did lst year). On top of that, no need to underestimate the Jazz. Every NBA team can have that miracle night once in a while. You have to be prepared to win them anyway.

Sorry for my ignorance. But seriously, McHale could be fined for starting with the bench?
