If the Toyota Center could be as loud as AT&T center or even American Airlines in Dallas

In what way? I hate the damn Mavs but they have the best record in the league over the last decade, they have been a 50+ game winner every single season for over a decade prior to last season. The Mavs have been to 3 WCF's winning 2, they have been to 2 NBA Championships winning 1 and they have had Dirk. Victory Park outside the AAC is probably the nicest outside area around any NBA Basketball Arena in the league.

So what you want about that franchise but they have been one of the elite teams in the league for over a decade. There is no disputing that point.

It's cheaper to buy resale tix from flash seats than from rockets.com. Single game tix prices are insane but people with season tickets or packages are selling them cheaper.

And you can bid on tickets offering any amount you think is reasonable. I tried to sell some tickets dirt cheap but flash seat won't let me list the tickets for less than 20% below face value. I had to wait for someone to bid on them.

Not going to lie, I have been wtching rockets since Lin joined, and the arena-crowd really sucks. No one really cheers or anything. The few times where I remember it was prettyl oud, was when OKC Vs Rockets, and Lin was making these bigplays , that was at it's loudest. I also see that there's empty seats as well.

I live in Toronto, we have great fans. Even though our team sucks, the arena is always loud. The loudest cities that I see (from TV), GSW was crazy last year, OKC, MSG during Linsanity. I can't say for other arenas though. Feel free to add to this list or observations. I just find it disappointing when you have a good team like rockets and the arena seems a bit flat that's all. Oh and during Yao and Tmac days, crowd was a frenzy lol

I bought exceptional Lower Bowl Seats behind the Rockets bench and 6 rows up during the week of the Clippers game. Seats are available in the lower bowl if you want them. Also Flashseats makes it easy to bid on a seats for an extremely good price. You CAN get lower bowl seats for less than a 100 bucks a ticket so there is really no excuse.

Really? What sight were you trying to buy from? I got primo seats against the Clippers on a Saturday night 6 rows behind the Rockets bench for 124 bucks and I could have gotten seat under a 100 bucks in the lower bowl if I wanted to buy seats behind the basket.

The Clippers game on a Saturday night is a primo game. There were plenty of seats available.

This is so true and I hate it. I hate the Space City Seniors and Lil Dippers. They get the loudest pops of the night undeservedly.

I was at the final game of the playoffs last year, and it was insanely loud. We were in the rowdies section and we were standing the entire game. Its early in the season. We'd have a similar crowd in the Toyota Center for the visiting Spurs. Last night's win was the biggest win of the season. Fans know which games are the most important.

The Rockets need more recent playoff success and championships like the other two Texas teams.

I agree with you for the regular season. We are a GREAT playoff game crowd IMO.

So basically you are saying YES, we have to accept it and get over it.

Honestly, very jealous of the atmosphere at any other playoff arena. Toyota is at the tail end there.

I thought atmosphere would improve with a championship roster. So far, it has not.

For real. Bunch of safe-a$$ b****ez... I love this city but a good chunk of the population is soft and lazy.

Friend is a Rocket fan in Dallas that came and watched the very last playoff game against OKC at TC... she said she expected it to be louder because AA arena is often so. And she's comparing that to REGULAR SEASON Mavs games...

Who cares about pedigree, this was a freaking playoff game. I thought it was loud enough but I have nothing really to compare it to.

Come playoff time, it will be MUCH louder. Houston can catch Rockets and Astros fever when they need to. If you went to any of our 22 win streak games, you'd see just how crazy TC can get. When the Astros went to back to back NLCS's and the world series, the city was bonkers.

When I lived in Houston I was absolutely disgusted with how little Rockets talk was on the radio.
