The nets do have a lot of talent. There's a reason why they were like 7th in the overall power rankings before the season started. They have potential. They just have no chemistry, and the guys are playing past their time. the idea for that team was for one strong run at a championship for pierce and garnett.

it's kind of unfortunate to see them doing this bad, they were one of the teams i was sort of excited to see play this season.

It feels awesome to finally have a team like this. I don't know whether we'll be serious contenders this year, but this team's time is coming soon. This team looks seriously good.

Are the Nets generally liked or disliked by most NBA fans? I absolutely despise them and am thoroughly enjoying their poor start to the season, but that's just because I have to deal with their annoying fans all-year round (my friends).

Most people don't care about them. They haven't been relevant for some time.

you can move team to a fancy new arena in Brooklyn and attract a celebrity following, but at the end of the day, they're still The Nets

Possibly due to location (Houston), but I don't personally know a single Nets fan.

Last years team was great, but this one is the real thing! You can take it to the bank.

It can happen to anybody. Miami lost to the Nets.

I agree to that. I think Harden played very, very well tonight. The team is coming to a perfection. Tomorrow we'll see if these young guys can keep their cool against the ultimate experience.

Does the emergence of Aaron Brooks as an offensive spark off the bench make Lin more expendable as a trade asset?

I'm just wondering how the hell you gameplan against the spurs. You never know who pop will play and they have so many weapons

personally glad that the nets suck so badly this year because they were cocky as hell last year in the playoffs, didn't think they needed to put in effort against the short-handed bulls

Attack Timmy on both ends of the court. Same for tonĂª if hes playing. We're gonna have to run them to death. If we continue making it rain from 3 pt land we should be able to take this game. This is out division to win and sat we start with the san antonio sperms!

just watched the game with a few thoughts:

garcia and parsons stroking the 3 ball
garcia's been pretty foul prone lately
in addition to not pump faking, parsons and casspi need to stop playing pg
    jones is a monster

I honestly believe Asik can do a better job guarding Duncan than Dwight!

    Primary Distributors

Harden, Lin - then there are Parsons, Casspi, Brooks

    Secondary
    Beverley, Garcia, Brewer

    Underrated passer
    Asik, Jones, Dwight, Motiejunas

i think casspi is def more of a secondary distributor. he has too many turnovers given the shots he actually attempts to create for others.

parsons played a lot better the second half when he actually let brooks and bev distribute.
