    He is.

I also like how the mother said her son's armed robberies were alleged, but then went on to say the shooter should have just minded his own business and left her son alone to continue doing what he was doing to those employees.

"bad guys will always be able to get guns" but they would have to kill a fully armored soldier to get it. I would not call it easy.

"drugs are outlawed and how easy they are to get. "

that's because drug laws are a joke.

I dont know about outraged...just sounds like a family that's in denial after almost losing a loved one. They are just trying to reason things out because they're angry he got shot, at all. It probably hasn't sunk in that he's completely at fault.

They good guys should wear a mask.

With the way things are today, the robber's family will file a big civil suit against the good guy who foiled the robbery.

Nowadays, the good guys should wear a mask so that they can't be identified for a civil suit or for public backlash. It is a sad thing.

How many civil trials have there been? Is is some sort of epidemic of which I'm unaware? This shouldn't even be a story.

 Why will they have to kill a fully armed soldier and where are they going to find a fully armed soldier?

Wouldn't it be a little easier to smuggle one in from mexico or rob an armory than go to Afghanistan, kill a soldier and figure out how to get the gun back? Seems like a lot of work to get a gun when you can probably just make it yourself.
