Go Rockets! Let us hammer the hawks!!

 

The Hawks started well against the Magics but they are getting bashed after half time. Looks like an easy win for us when they travel to Houston battered and brushed!

 

Technically, he'll tie the record if he hits a 3 against us. Unless we're playing a double header against them that day that I don't know about.

 

C'mon breh, make the responsible choice.

It should be an easy game. The Hawks were taken down tonight by a bad Magic team. If Harden can play he should just suit up and sit on the bench in case of the miniscule possibility that the Rockets may need him late.

 

Home game against a tired Hawks team. We blow them out by 30.

 

No game is a gimme. Caustiously optimistic. I say 107-101 rockets

 

It won't be an easy win because the Hawks 4 and 5 can both shot the ball. Atlanta will try to use that to bring Jones and Howard away from the basket.

Our perimeter defense needs to be ready to go from the start and stay in front of their men, fight over screens, rotate to help etc.

If we can do that and look after the ball from once, we can get the bench in early and showcase them in order to Milsap or Horford later on in the season.

We need to win this and the next game to have some momentum and confidence heading into San Antonio.

 

Fewer turnovers and more rebounds, please. We've been allowing so many 2nd, 3rd and even 4th possessions lately.

If this game was played after December 15th, Paul Millsap would be staying in Houston and Asik would be taking Millsap's seat on the Hawks team plane.

 

Fewer TOs, more assists, more rebounds, more PNR, less ISOs, less turnover prone post-up, better man-to-man defense, healthier Harden, Harden with a D, Dwight with a better FT, Lin, Garcia, Bev and Casspi with a 3, CP with no pump fakes, Omer with no pout, TJones and DMO with a breakout...
