It's clear to me that McHale is always willing to go with the guy he feels is playing better, rather than the conventional better player. It's also clear that McHale almost never take out Harden nor Parsons. That he will give them 35~40 minutes every game.

This really illustrate the problem we have at the wing. That there's no player to turn to on the bench. No one that you can be content with closing out a game. McHale is fine with Asik finishing games, as well as either Lin or Beverley. But Harden and Parsons ALWAYS play big minutes and in crunch time. When they really should not be in the regular season.

Morey needs to go to work here. Right now, I think willing to settle for a capable backup center and a capable solid wing player for Asik in a trade.

Trade our injured wings for better, un-injured wings!

What's the right way? Play Garcia 30mpg? Or play Casspi at the 3 where he's sucked for the last 3 years at?

The benching of Dwight further illustrates the possibility of keeping Asik.

I'm hoping that we reach a deal on December 15th, not the trade deadline.

I really want a good defensive wing. I'm hoping for a guy good enough to push Parsons to 25 minutes off the bench and reduce Harden's minutes to ~35.

Five stars. I have not thought about that before. I was thinking about how Bang was not getting it done and yet was still on the court. There's the answer. I'd like to see DMo come in for him and slide TJones to the 3.

    Gold move by Morey

Sign Dwight in free agency. Keep Asik

And then flip Dwight for Love or Aldridge. ;)

I'd love an Arron Afflalo/Wesley Matthews type guard on this team.

Wings that play hard defensively and have enough all around talent to get in the face of the star players if they're not trying hard enough.

We do have Brewer who's decent on defense. He's listed as injured, not sure but even when he's healthy, I don't think McHale will play him.

I wish people would stop bringing up trade scenarios involving Dwight or Harden. It's just plain stupid, Morey will never trade a superstar unless it's requested by the player himself.

Nobody would ever sign here again.

A solid wing player is nice but the biggest need is still at PF position. Wing players do not impact the game as much as PF's. The levels of impact start from center going outward.

Jones exceeded all expectation in last few games but realistically speaking, he will still be the weakest link in our lineup. Jones will improve but time is not on his side if Rockets are to make a run at championship this season.
