Just a thought. Wont have to go through growing pains with a rookie qb.

Andre Johnson is now using Kubiak's method of making statements with implied meanings against him. Sabotage.

Rick Smith is part of the problem.

If this season continues as is... hell, just based on the season thus far... he should not survive this organization.

If you want to acquire a vet, and I don't, you'd look at Cutler or Big Ben.

I'm of the opinion that the more Kubiak coaches Keenum, the more he screws with his head and is trying to remake him in Schaub's image.
    Big mistake.
Keenum has raw ability that Kubiak is attempting to "polish" to save his ass and Schaub and CK7 are as apples and oranges as you can get.

Is he teaching Keenum to run backwards 20 yards and then take a sack? That's something he never taught Schaub, I guess.

The NFL chews up and spits out QB's with far more talent than Keenum, after obtaining a handful of games to scout him with... if Keenum/team can't adjust, there's not going to be much there worth salvaging.

So its keenums job to adjust not the coach/ playcaller? A young qb that runs for his life rather than assuming the fetal position? i guess he will learn that by years end.

Well, sure, it's Keenum's job to adjust. The coaches have to adjust too, but Keenum has regressed. Maybe with some additional time, he can improve, but not nearly to the point where I think he can be a tier 1 QB in the NFL. I'd take the guy as a back up in a heartbeat though.
