Good win, anytime you win without the best player it's especially good.

The production of Aaron Brooks won this game for us. What an amazing game for him.

Jones continues his solid play. Howard was very active and played well. Of course it seemed like he went the whole second half without touching the ball lol but his defensive impact was great.

Wolves seemed to have an off night. But I don't think they are as good as many think they are. We were well rested, they were coming off a back to back. Pretty much a schedule loss for them.

 

Yea, he has great hands. Remember he was one of the starting Five who won an NCAA championship a couple years ago.

 

It only one game. but I hope he step up with harden out.

 

i love what i saw from this game. our defense was much better. rotating, helping, and staying in front look much better. on offense, i hope all players and coaching staffs learn this game, sharing the ball.

 

AB was money all night. Mcfail could use him more down the road.

Does everyone have to be turned into a commodity as soon as they have a nice game!

 

Not you, it's thejav and along with whoopy (exyof/lof/) and the hord of the new idiots.

 

The team played a good game (less the turnover). You really don't need to score too much if everyone also scoring. I like that everyone score 10 to 20 points instead one scoring 40 and everyone else in the single digit.

 

You have to look at who is guarding him. Brewer is one of the best on-ball defenders in the league. A couple Lin's turnovers are simply due to Brewer's unbelievable defense. Credit to him. I believe one of the turn-overs is actually kicking out of bound. But the RF missed it.

For aggressive attacking play-making guard, turn-overs are inevitable. As long as Lin plays a controlled aggressive game, I don't mind he has 3-4 turn-overs. It usually means he is playing aggressively. For Lin, if he plays a safe game, then we are in trouble. He is still young. Hopefully he can cut down some of those uncontrolled turnovers. I think he will be fine given time. Just let him play through it. He must assertive. I believe the last shot at 1st half went in really helped him relaxed.

+ Lin's D on K-Mart (good effort and didn't let him go off for too many)

- Turnovers!!!
- Casspi overall performance

Great Game. Glad to see we can hold our own without Harden.

 

LOL...this game is going to give McHale another knee-jerk to push Lin further on the bench.:grin:
