Im not trolling. Back injuries just rob you of timing and athleticism. See Penny Hardaway, Larry Johnson and T-mac for reference

Yeah I was about to say that Rose was becoming like him. Both are just sad stories.

    He's not done yet.

His speed still looked amazing despite the ACL injury, he just looked incredibly rusty.

The mental aspects of it will immense, but it's a less serious injury, I'm willing to believe. Doubts how long he can sustain playing the way he does though.

You knew exactly what you were doing when you say "Howard's not the same player." on a Rockets forum.

Also, that couldn't be further from the truth. Howard is pretty much the same player he was in Orlando. The only difference is SVG understood Dwight better than Mchale currently does. He still has a inconsistent posts game, he still dominates the boards, he still can catch oops from the heavens, and he still rises up and blocks shots and still controls the paint.

Last post I'll say on Dwight in this thread because there are plenty of Dwight threads in the GARM.

I was just going off my knowledge of the function and the anatomy of the meniscus vs acl....but it seemed like they were saying all the tests were pointing to ACl, so i figured i was missing something. Lucky guess, i guess, sometimes they're tricky like that.

Nah, i was referring to tweets. Everyone said they were hearing ACL, but one doctor did mention the meniscus as a possibility.

True...but he did have chronic back issues. Which took away his athleticism

What is happening to Rose is terrible. At first, the Memes of him were borderline funny sometimes. But now, I don't think I can laugh at them anymore. I hope he gets pass this, despite how chronic knee injuries can be.

Seriously.. Some people here are hopeless.. Saying all sorts of bad things about d-rose.. Damn.. NBA is fun with him around. Thankfully it wasn't his same ACL, but either way, grow up, people. Why wish on people's bad health? geez

I truly hate this for him... has to be really disheartening. I hope he has a speedy recovery.

Jeremy had a lateral tear and it took him like 10 months to become 100%. Does anyone know what type Westbrook had? Seems like he didn't miss a beat.

not surprising..the way his game is..no way he will be the same..hope for a speedy recovery..he needs to slow his game down and play more like a traditional pg (nash, paul, kidd) if he wants to extend his career..same goes for russel westbrook..
