I knew Jeremy Lin's night was done when Casspi refused to outlet to Lin early in the 2nd quarter. Casspi thought he was Magic Johnson leading the fastbreak while Lin was looking back at him the whole time, but Casspi promptly turned the ball over. Add in all the missed bailout shots with no time on the shot clock, and you get Lin's worse game of the season. Lin played as motivated as Asik did tonight. Maybe Morey will ship both their asses out together.
seriously? how do you not find this strange? there's literally 0 other 18 ppg scorer in the league being treated like this. yeah, lin is probably like the 4th-5th best player on this team, but he's still hella better than Beverley...

it hasn't been just one game. it's been an ongoing trend that's incredibly strange and dates back to 2nd half of last season. and honestly, it's not really about the loss either... no one could say that lin instead of beverley doesn't win us this game either. this thread isn't complaining about the loss-the point would be exactly the same if we won, which is that our PG situation is gonna be ****ed up if this continues. sure, howard's game is probably more exciting to watch for you right now (i personally am happy to see what terrences jones did recently lol), but i think this PG situation is a legit concern to talk about.
