KG in high school was 10 times the player that Thon is right now.
    Way more athletic and skilled

Genetics has nothing to do with his skills, it was practice and hard work that got him that handle and jump shot. Athletically seems slightly above average so I wouldn't say he's a 100% can't miss NBA player. What do the scouts say about him?

I agree to a degree, but genetics does have something to do with agility, flexibility and balance. Most people his size are lumbering stiffs. I bet he was either born with the agility, or developed it at a younger age when he was way short before hitting a growth spurt. A late growth spurt, believe or not, is also genetic blessing. Just ask Anthony Davis.

He is not a jaw dropping athlete, but he does not need to be at his size. He has an EXCEPTIONAL handle for a man his size and is a very good shooter. His lack of bulk will keep him out of the post and may hurt him defensively. I am not sure he will be good at defending 3's. He has to get stronger and more polished but he is still very young.

He actually reminds me more of Durant than anyone else.

While watching, keep in mind that he has 4 (right?) more years (if he is a one and done) before eligible for the draft. Many people don't fill out their frame at such a young age, nor stop growing either. He has got some time, and will be interesting to check out again in a couple years.

I was wondering that myself, there are some pictures out there where he looks 35, but as far as I know there is no controversy.

He apparently " left Sudan at age 5". If I were a Thon birther that's the kind if thing that sends up a red flag.

The best he can be is KG. If he doesn't gain any - prepare for injury maratone when he enters higher level of basketball.

Yea, for his height, his handles are quite good. Let's hope he likes to play defense as well.
