you're right with all the potential.. i doubt the first gen model satisfies all these.. iphone 1 was very popular but only having edge will hold it back. first google glass will have some drawbacks then consequent generations will improve on it as theres more real world feedback.. then i think you could see it in a medical setting
sorry weird typo.. edge held iphone1 back. i think glass will have some annoying drawback on its first go around
you're right ganja but at $20-30/unit in revenue to HIMAX, the reality is 20M units is nothing to sell and with that number HIMX will basically double its revenue on that alone. So when you think say 5 year period, 100M units or more and you're talking serious revenue for HIMX Glass could be a complete flop and sell 20M next year. It's one of those products everyone will want to have, I already see some cool lebron commercial with him in Miami rocking a pair and a whole demographic google didn't even target falls in love. God forbid Drake or Kanye rocks a pair in their music video.....boom all im saying is for HIMX to go from a $1.6B company to a $8B company is not that difficult with google glass and oculus rift on the horizon 20M glass sold next year and HIMX explodes.
ganja also look at today's price 27x earnings of .31 I believe for 2013 next year's earnings are .64 I believe that leaves you at an $18 price with very conservative earnings numbers
Someone mentioned INO a while back... They're finally bouncing back after a rough period. Positive results on their recent Trial Data. They're going to be attending a conference at the end of the month as well.
preclinical, lab mouse stuff.. its not nothing, but its almost nothing.. the aegis conference should be interesting so it could make for a good swing right now
in case yall didnt know the twitter 'hashtag' for stocks is $ so Inovio is $INO $IPCI $HALO so on, so forth
I discussed Evoke with my mom and she looked at it and said that's old technology and that its basically only for women and she doesn't think it will do anything. I asked her since some bank put a price target on it of $60. She also told me anything nasal like mannkind is going to be a failure. take it for what its worth but she is a neurologist. She did tell me KERX has something that they're doing with dialysis and it is going to be big very big. She said it will probably be bought out by one of the big players like davita
some people are talking about how IPCI could do a secondary offering to raise cash soon.. I'll just buy more if that happens
Lol. Yeah I'm still holding it Sold it when it hit 3.62. I bought back at 4.80. Don't want to lose that rally again.
taking a shot at VJET long here also been reading up on FNMA and FMCC and their future since Ackman took that stake recently. looks pretty interesting. buying some of that too in my outside acct.
