    Why fire him? Are we trying to eek out a 5 or 6 win season now? Just let them flail about and embarrass themselves, a Top 5 draft picks helps for the rebuild.

    The reason Schaub can run different plays than Keenum is because he can read a blitz. The Raiders stopped blitzing once Schaub came in.

    Keenum needs to spend time in the film room understanding how to read coverages. Schaub knows how to do that.

    Well it sounds reasonable but......

    how the hell can anyone do that when the head coach calls plays on purpose to let the other team's blitzes get to you?????
