In last 2 games, Lin limited his TOs very well, even his 3 is cool off a bit.

 

Wow, so much homerism. Lawson is definitely better than Lin. Nothing wrong with that, Lawson's been doing this a bit longer. Also, Lin hella quit on defense against Lawson toward the end of 4Q. Should've pulled him out for Beverley.

But GREAT team win! Parsons, Jones, DMo were definitely instrumental to our win.

 

Horry, Thorpe, and Elie were all plus defenders. Not so much for T-jones, Dmo, Parson, Casspi, or Garcia.

 

how about denver defense? rockets just drop 122 on them, who was guarding lin? he penetrate at will.

Amazing one game and Lawson is better than Lin. What about James Anderson of Philadelphia 76ers? He is also better than Lin?

 

Yeah, but none of them a rim protecting center......which is all Asik is....

I don't mind rolling with DMo at backup, or signing Camby once he is healthy.....

We don't need Asik he is not going to help this team - and we are better off playing others and going offensive for 12 mins than trying to shoe horn him in for 20+ minutes a game screwing up the chemistry.

Lawson's been tearing it up since the beginning of the season dude. He's a pretty good point guard, I'd say top 10, so it's not really a knock on Lin to say he's better.

 

Get used to it. Every game there are going to be trolls saying XX is better than Lin even when the stats does not support it.

All I'm saying is Asik isn't as big a bum as you keep saying. With Asik in the mix last year, Rockets were still a top offense in the league and good defensively with him on the floor. Asik right now is a Luxury any team would love to have coming off the bench. Rockets (right now) have been so smart Asik isnt costing them extra money. If Asik wasn't being such a punk now I wonder if Morey would even be shop him aggressively. I bet Morey would be fine with him being the second string center and make a run for the finals and worry about the money (or LMA, Love) later should it become a problem

he is definately better than lin any team would choose lawson over lin lin is good, but ty lawson is just better, more athletic i guess.. but lin can get better than him if he keeps up the good work

 

Nice. He had 5 TO. I don't think it's that big a deal but others are ready to jump on Lin for 5 TOs when he gets them. Lin had 2 blocks, one was credited to TJ.
