Jones needs to learn how to set good screens for Harden, Lin, and Parsons to get free. Greg Smith is terrible at setting screens, he doesn't stand still long enough to be effectively impede a defender. D-Mo can set decent screens and is fast roll man, but doesn't have enough bulk to slow defenders down. If Jones can develop a good pick and roll, or pick and pop game, the starting PF position is his.
