Wow, this must be what's its like when team chemistry is at an all time low... http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/9...ers-held-confrontational-players-only-meeting The Cleveland Cavaliers are dealing with a three-game losing streak, and perhaps some chemistry problems within the locker room. The Cavaliers held a players-only meeting following Wednesday's 29-point loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves, multiple sources told ESPN.com. But the meeting got contentious, and players confronted each other, according to sources. The Cavaliers, who have lost five of their last six games, held a contentious players-only meeting, according to sources. The Cavs lost Friday, 86-80, to the Charlotte Bobcats after squandering a 12-point second-half lead. Cleveland, which has lost five of six games since starting the season 2-2, plays Saturday against the Washington Wizards. In a loss at the Chicago Bulls on Monday, Cavs coach Mike Brown and star guard Kyrie Irving got into an exchange on the bench after Brown pulled Irving from the game. The Cavaliers also have been making lineup changes recently, as several players' roles have been changing. Irving is struggling, shooting just 38 percent from the field and 32 percent from 3-point range. He was just 5-of-16 shooting in the loss to the Bobcats. Irving, who is averaging a team-leading 19.3 points and 7.2 assists, took to Twitter after Friday's loss. Cleveland could receive a boost Saturday from center Andrew Bynum, who is expected to return to the lineup after missing two games because of personal family reasons.
Irvin or Lillard, who would you pick if u had to pick one of those two? They both have similar games to me. Scoring guards with good jump shot
I agree... Though Cavs mgmt hasn't helped much. They could be rolling with Irving/Drummond/Oladipo ... or .... Irving/Barnes/Oladipo
Yeah they seem to be poorly run. Don't think LeBron would want to go back there and have to deal with that again.
"Irving, who is averaging a team-leading 19.3 points and 7.2 assists, took to Twitter after Friday's loss." What did he tweet? Paging JR .
Dont understand the Cavs drafting policy. We have Varejao...but lets draft Tristan with the 4th pick. Lets also draft another PF at the #1 slot.
Ha. Not sure if this is what they're referring to but: <blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>"Tough times don't last, but tough people do" <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23keepmovingforward&src=hash">#keepmovingforward</a></p>— Kyrie Irving (@KyrieIrving) <a href="https://twitter.com/KyrieIrving/statuses/401571718432448512">November 16, 2013</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
On one hand it's good this is happening early in the season where issues can be addressed, changes made and they can move forward. On the other hand, it's troubling to have the wheels fall off after just 10 games. Mike Brown might be the problem, which means they could be in big trouble. If not, they will figure things out and be fine.
I've always thought Mike Brown was very overrated as a coach. And I don't like Cleveland's front office or owner at all. When you have prime Lebron and you're not in the finals year in and year out, especially in the weak East, then the coaching and front office are not doing their jobs. And now, even if Kyrie is getting overrated this team should be a playoff contender and be playing a whole lot better. They messed up drafting for sure. Waiters over Dummound, Barnes in 2012 and Bennet over anyone in the top 7 of the 2013 draft are big mistakes.
I've read some nasty stuff on other forums regarding Irving. Apparently he is a real d******d and no one likes him or his antics. Poor Cleveland.
doubtful you know the meaning of that pic.... and its certainly not "Struggle_session_against_class_enemy"
