You sound like if Harden is playing, Rockets will win every game. Every time win and loss game. It just unfortunately that this talented team don't have a coach that can draw up play during crunch time.
LA fans hate us because we took Dwight. Knicks fans hate us because we took Lin. Those are the two biggest media and basketball markets in the nation, and those two cities are where most of our national sports media reside. So it's pretty obvious why we'd take a lot of crap from them this season.
I never liked Dwight and didn't really want him here. However he's here now and I'm rooting for him, so fuzx the media. Wish he could develop PPat's mid-range though. Too late, especially at this stage of his career.
I'd say bring on the hate, maybe that will light a fire under Howard and the rest of the team. It's not such a bad thing playing with a chip on your shoulders. I'd rather have our players playing with attitude than just merely going through the motion.
Winning cures all. It's easy to pick on the "loser" or the "bad guy" as Howard is today according to the media. Just as Lebron was when he made his move. Once the Rockets start gelling and winning some ball games more consistently, the whole NBA knows that the Rockets are a serious threat.
This team has Dwight, what do you expect? Dwight's team would be the most hated team on this forum, if it wasn't the Rockets.
