I don't understand why we would go after Rondo, but he can be sent over to the Bucks in a three way for Ilyasova coming here.

    Rockets out- Asik, Dmo
    In- Ilyasova

    Celtics out- Rondo
In- Asik, Knight, 2014 1st from Mil

Bucks out- 2014 1st, Ilyasova, Knight
    In- Rondo, Dmo

Asik and Lin for Rondo and Jeff Green straight up. I didnt watch if salaries match but it would be perfect.

It would also be nice to have a PG who didn't turn the ball over all the time

RR shoots 48% 2s, 24% 3s & 64% from the line. His hey day was with Pierce, Allen & Garnett. Just how's he going to help us out.

I'd be down! He can distriute the ball better than almost anyone. I say get him then trade JLim for whatever you can get.

Ridiculous comment. We've got guys on our team who can shoot the 3-ball, but things are still being sorted out in terms of spacing and implementing the post-game.

The comment about Lin being the best shooter is strange considering he's currently hitting over 50% from 3pt land. It's not as if he's leading the team by shooting 30%. Even if the rest of the team were hitting a ridiculous 45% from 3-pt land, "the fact that Lin is out [sic] best shooter right now" would still remain true and would in no way indicate that our team somehow lacks shooters.

OA for Rondo would be the worst trade in Rockets history. Our FT% as a team would actually decline even more than it is. Also Rondo last 3 years number of games played down dramatically. The LAST thing we need is more injury prone players.

Can i ask all your Rondo fans a question:

If Rondo were traded to HTown, who is going to start??

    Rondo
    Harden
    Parsons
    Jones
    Dwight
? Boy. I prefer Beverely. At least he can stretch the floor

Our 4th quarters would be terrible. Our point guard AND center would be sent to the free throw line every time they touched the ball. Marginal improvement over the PB and J combo considering the cost.

Arent we a 3 point shooting team?. Rondo is the anti everything our offense stands for. Harden>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Rondo. Having another ball dominante guard who cant shoot is not the answer.

Actually he should tell Rondo that! He has a ring! Granted he wasn't "the man" but he wouldn't be "the man" here either.

The dude just doesn't fit for this team. Harden already demands the ball and the main reason why Beverely starts is that he can knock down 3 pointers consistently. Having Rondo would kill the chemistry of the team.

    BTW Rondo can't shoot....

Ohh trust me I know Rondo can't shoot, but he can distribute and he has a floater so he doesn't get caught in the paint like Lin. I know it wouldn't work unless Harden bought into playing off the ball more, But we need someone to run our offense and get D12 the looks he needs!
