I think the Chronicle stated 50%(estimated number, could be 40%) or a large number were behind Martin and Lowry opposed to McHale.

McHale just can't deal with players that are not bigs. Now he can't handle Asik, a Euro.

There should be an option for keep him until they get the right deal.

What the hell is the deal with a role player asking for a trade?

If Howard gets injured, who are we going to start at C especially if we trade for a PF, Dmo? Greg Smith?

It's odd that he is considered a player coach yet seems to have rubbed a lot of guys the wrong way

No choice. The coaching staff isn't smart enough to make it work, so we must cut our losses. rather than get a max 4, save that money to keep lin and be together

I think he isn't. Adelman is.
I think he is a HOF player and many guys show him respect but don't think he is a good coach. Anthony Carter said it when he was with Minny.

On the court, they forget he was a championship caliber PF and see only a rookie coach that can't get it done. I think the assistants had tons of work to do there.

I think many people consider anyone outside of Harden/Howard a role player.

Time for McHale to call up his buddy Ainge and cash in that chip he's been holding onto ever since he hooked up Ainge with KG. Jeff Green it is.

Not under Kevin Mchale. Asik has been playing hard and playing good defense as he always does. But Mchale simply choose to ride his starters as long as they are breathing. Don't be surprised if Mchale plays howard for 40 minutes a game towards the end of the season if we traded Asik and get a backcourt in return. Honestly I do not see what backcourt player we can get that is worth Asik's value who
wants to play with Harden or be Beverley's backup....

I'm a fan of Asik,, but I'm disappointed in him because of this. It's a shame he didn't but in to a championship composition. Better players than him have come off the bench to win rings (cf. Ginobli).

I really like Omer, but the rockets don't owe him a ******* thing. He's being paid well. He had a national stage to show his talents last year which will net him a double digit mil salary. He needs to talk to mgmt behind closed doors and not go public. All this does is reduce the rockets' leverage in a trade and therefore make it less likely that he's dealt anytime soon.

Hold tight Morey. Don't let Omer get his way. He went public; he should ride the pine till Feb for being a freaking baby.

I wish there was some way that we could get Kevin Love. I know that is extremely impossible right now but he would fit amazingly on this team. I know the most talked about guys are Horford, Aldridge, and Rondo though. I think Horford would be the best fit and the most likely to be acquired. Not sure what we would have to give up along with Asik though. I don't think Rondo is that great of a fit at this point. We need guards who can actually shoot the ball. We already have a guy like Rondo on this team in Beverly. He gets steals, plays D, and cannot shoot the ball that well. Definitely not the star Rondo is but they are very similar. It seems to me that in order to get Aldridge that we would have to have a three team trade. Seems highly unlikely!
