LMAO! Where was that gif of Parsons pump faking when there wasn't even a defender on him.

that's because last year his role on the team WAS schizophrenic. is a he a pg, or is he a shooting guard? is he supposed to get other going first before himself, or is he supposed to look for his own shot and play like a sg?

he's playing with more confidence and more aggressive this year because he's more clear about his role. which is to be the x-factor, coming in, and be very aggressive at scoring the ball. and yes, his performance could be a roller coaster ride. you don't know what you're going to get BUT you do know that you'll at LEAST get 15 and 4... and at times 30+. that's roller coaster in a good way. :)

Then pretty boy needs to perform and work out with J-lin on his 3's.
Parson scared to take a 3 now like d12 scared of the ft line. All manlove parsons has been good for are pump fakes and smoking 3 easy layups a game.
Parsons needs to step it up. Or he will be the new kicker in trade

TJones is are PF. He will break out this year. As for Lin, he definitely has it in him if he plays with confidence and limits his TURNOVERS.

Lol ironic but so true! Part of the reason for that I think would be McHale experimenting with both Howard and Asik for 8 of the 9 games played so far. So do not be discouraged.

I'm sure he wouldn't mind, afterall either he's Lin's wifey or the other way around. Either way it's within the family lol

The TOs aren't as bad as people make them out to be. Sure, most of them are his own doing, but some are definitely from chemistry issues with teammates (that will get better over the season) and some are random (e.g,. like the kickball from the Raps game).

We get it. You're obsessed with people obsessed with his looks ... or maybe you're in the closet with some girl as your beard.

Parsons has a 14 PER, it's 1 point less than last year, even with him shooting like crap so far. The kid has game.

I can't believe that 90% of this board thinks Lin can be the third star on this team. If people say that this board is biased against Lin, they are crazy.

Actually Parsons improved a lot from the last season offensively, except for 3pt -interesting thing is that his form got worse...his shooting form is almost flat-has no arc

Nah it's just being hopeful and optimistic

I also believed Budinger would become an all-star, that dream died quickly

Have you heard of the phrase "action speaks louder than words?" JLin earned that with his play, especially jump shots and lefty moves this season.

90% of the board gives him the nod for 3rd star because no one else is performing at that consistently high level (not even Parsons). Sure, Lin gets tons of praise when he does well, but when he doesn't - everyone descends on him: CF members, the media, knick trolls, haters. Everyone. Does this happen to other average PGs too? Nope.

Parsons has been dealing with serious back problems which is likely why his shot is off. I am not worried.

34+ people are blinded by their hate for either Lin or his fans… I mean, really? He can NEVER be a star, much less a third star on a team with already 2 flawed stars and a flawed coach? Really? Not even after his past performances, after what he has done in NY? He has absolutely no chance of becoming a star, or more specifically, an all-star?
****, even SAS said he’d be an all-star in 2-3 years after that Spurs game where he got his 38.
Some people just can’t see talent and potential even if its right smack underneath their noses.

If Lin can handle the ball better under the pressure, he might be the option. But he turns the ball over way too much under the pressure. Compare to his defense, i think this is the bigger problem of his game at this time. To be fair, if he can reduce the turn over and stay aggressive in the game, I don't even think we overpaid him too much at 8M/year.

So you've falln in love with his pump fakes. He is also in the low30% from 3s.

you should read the post that I was responding to first. He smokes one less lay up we never go into overtime
